The Coronavirus Covid-19 has brought a great deal of uncertainty to all our lives. Many of you will be self-isolating or have friends / family that are doing so. We are here to help.

WHO ARE WE?
We are a group of local volunteers based in and around Frodsham and the local area who, together with representatives of Churches Together and Frodsham Town Council, have come together during a time when some people are finding it hard to access the help that they need. We would like to support the community we live in and ensure that no one is left isolated or without support.

Your first port of call for support will be your network of family, friends and neighbours and for most this will be sufficient. There are also a range of goods and services available locally that can provide deliveries and we have left space on the contacts list for you to add these as they start to provide services in the coming weeks.

If you are not able to access these local networks or services for any reason, we are here to help.

WHAT HELP CAN WE OFFER?
We are your local neighbours and not a professional body. We can only offer help within reason, and in ways that ensure we also stay safe. We can help with shopping, do small errands (e.g. posting letters) or just be a friendly voice to talk to. If you want a regular call to check up on you, we can do that too, to ensure you get the support that you need.

DO YOU NEED SUPPORT?
You can contact us by email or by using the contact number, both of which are given below. The number is available 24 hours a day and will record a message. Please leave your name, number and the reason you are calling.

Every morning and afternoon, one of our volunteers will check the messages and respond by phoning back when needed.
