Changing old behaviours to new behaviours that will stick requires changing our thinking. Talking therapies can help you work out how to deal with negative thoughts and feelings and make positive changes.
How does it work?
During a typical session, I help you to look at how you can react differently to your thoughts and feelings. I may challenge your way of thinking and work out with you how you can change the way you behave, which will ultimately help you feel better and achieve your goals.
