Eleanor Johnson, Ward Councillor, held an awards evening at the Boshaw Centre, Dunham Hill on Friday, 14th December.
Alvanley Parish Council nominated villagers who have served our community for over forty years and still do so - Mrs. S. McCue (Church), Chris Fletcher (Cricket Club), Bob Hughes (Alv. Parish Council and Alv. Village Hall) and the Noden family for all their devoted efforts to our village life.
Manley Parish Council nominated Mrs. Irene Moore (Church) and Anthony and Catherine Lewis for their efforts to organizations in Manley.
It was a delightful event that was enjoyed by all.
