Halton Haven Hospice are running a charity golf day at Helsby Golf Club on 1st May which promises to be a great day. The event includes breakfast followed by the amazing David Edwards Golf Show, golf competition, an evening dinner, prize presentation and auction. The last show of the season for Frodsham Film Society will be shown on Thursday 9th April. ‘Chairman’s Choice’ will be on from 7:30pm at Frodsham Community Centre. Non-members are always welcome to attend and would pay a cost of £8 per person. Although this is the last film of the season they will begin again in September and run once a monthly throughout the Winter. If you are interested in attending regularly, it would be worth considering becoming a member.

Lady Heyes are pleased to announce the return of their car boot sales. Taking place once a month from April - September the full schedule can be seen on their advert, page 6. Buyers have free entry & parking and sellers are required to book in advance with the cost being £10 per car and £15 for a van.

Are you able to help with the Alvanley litter pick? Sunday 12th April 10am-12pm, a group of volunteers would love for you to help tidy the village. 2 hours can make a huge difference to the Village. Tea and coffee will be provided in the Village Hall afterwards.
