Ladies, do you want to try a new Summer sport? Or are you looking for a new team? Maybe you just want to play for fun. Alvanley Cricket Club women’s teams are recruiting for new players. They have two teams playing a mix of hard ball league games and soft ball friendly games. Manley & Mouldsworth Gardening Club are excited to announce their new programme for this year. Topics range throughout the season from growing vegetables to roses and various other subjects. Meetings usually take place on the second Wednesday of the month at Manley Village Hall, for an 8pm start. If you are interested in becoming a member and would like to attend the next meeting, more details can be found on the community pages.

Looking ahead to next month, the popular Frodsham festival of walks returns for 2026. With walks scheduled to take place between Friday 24th April - Monday 4th May. Hopefully I will have more details and be able to share the full schedule with you all next month.
